JBGF Terms & Conditions

1. Validity: You will be contacted two weeks prior to the event with details about the show and instructions on how to collect your wristband on the event day. You must also stay updated on the latest news and event developments via the official event IG/FB pages until the day of the event.
2. No Refunds/Exchanges: All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Changes in Schedule: The event organizer reserves the right to change the date, time, venue, or lineup of artists without prior notice.
4. Prohibited Items/Behaviors: No outside food, drinks, alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, or illegal substances are allowed. Negative elements such as smoking, alcohol consumption, and offensive behavior (including harassment or violence) will not be tolerated. Security checks will be conducted at entry.
5. Security & Safety: The organizer is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage during the event. Sexual harassment or any form of misconduct will result in immediate removal and possible legal action.
6. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or government regulations, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event.
7. Code of Conduct: Attendees must behave respectfully toward others. Disorderly conduct, including harassment, intoxication, or violence, may result in removal from the venue without a refund.
